Play-A-Thon

Friday March 2nd 2012 8AM to Midnight in the Santa Teresa High School Theater.

"Join Santa Teresa Music and Arts Association (STMAA) as they support the Santa Teresa High School Music Department’s first annual Play-A-Thon!  A Play-A-Thon is 16 hours of continuous music, performed by the many bands and ensembles at the high school.  The STMAA hopes to raise at least $15,000, to support the award-winning music department.  In this era of reduced funds for the arts and athletics, the STMAA is the primary fund-raising body for this department, raising funds for competitions, new music and instruments, and to support these outstanding young musicians in any way feasible! 

The students will be gathering donation pledges for the event-look for them at Starbucks, or playing in your local neighborhoods.

Pledge Party at Starbucks - We have the great opportunity to hold a couple of pledge parties at the Starbucks on Blossom Hill and Kooser (Princeton Plaza) We have set up volunteer sign ups for 10 students and 2 chaperones for two events: Saturday January 21, and Sunday February 12. The events will run from 9:45 am to 1 pm. Bring your instruments and your enthusiasm! This will be held outside so dress appropriately.
